Acceptance of Terms:
By using the Freelancer Go platform, you agree to these terms. If you do notagree, please refrain from using the platform.

·       Accounts and Registration:
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. You must provideaccurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to suspend or deleteany account that violates our privacy policy.

·       Using the Platform:
It is prohibited to post illegal or fraudulent content, or to bypass theplatform's payment system. We are not responsible for disputes between users,but we do offer a means to resolve disputes amicably.

·       Payments and Fees:
Payments are made through the available payment methods on the platform. Theplatform charges a commission on transactions, which is disclosed beforepayment is executed. The platform is not responsible for delays or failures inpayment caused by financial service providers, but we will work to resolve suchissues.

·       Account Termination or Suspension:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violationof the terms, policies, or for illegal or abusive use of the services.

·       Requesting Personal Documents and Rights Protection:
Verifying the account with personal identification is a routine process tomaintain a secure work environment. The platform may suspend some accountfeatures if there is suspicion or violation of terms. Compliance with the termsof use helps protect financial rights.

·       Financial Transactions:
Project owners must pay the project value through the payment methods availableon the platform. They must notify us if a user requests direct payment. If aproject is canceled, the funds are automatically returned to the project owneraccording to the platform's mechanism. The platform deducts its commission fromthe user's earnings. Users may not ask the project owner to pay the commissionor mention it.

·       Account Suspension:
The platform has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account ofa project owner for violations such as using stolen payment methods, offeringto pay users outside the platform, causing harm to other users or the platform,or posting fake projects.

The platformmay also temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account for violatingusage terms, such as delivering a project before fully completing it, acting asa broker by accepting a project and hiring someone else (inside or outside theplatform) to complete it—users remain responsible for all dues in thiscase—submitting proposals for projects they are not qualified for, deliveringlow-quality work, relying on automation tools, delivering suspicious content,requesting communication or payment outside the platform, negotiating orevading commission payments, canceling a project without clear reason orcausing its cancellation, or attempting to withdraw earnings throughillegitimate means.

·       General Provisions:

ü  By registering, the user agrees to the privacy policy and termsof use.

ü  The user must be at least 18 years old.

ü  Accurate and correct personal information must be provided.

ü  Each user may create and use only one account.

ü  The account must be used solely by its owner.

ü  The user is responsible for keeping their account and logininformation confidential and must report any unauthorized use.

ü  The platform has the right to delete or cancel any offers orprojects that violate the platform's terms or harm the platform or other users.

ü  The project owner retains full intellectual property rights tothe project unless otherwise agreed.

ü  The platform must not be used for political, sectarian, ordefamatory purposes against any country in any form.

ü  It is prohibited to publish any content that violates applicablelaws and regulations.
